Why this order?
Kyoto Animation kept this one tidy: two 12-episode seasons, each finished off by an unaired episode 13 OVA on the home release. Season one (2012) introduces Yuta, Rikka and the art of being gloriously embarrassed by your middle-school self; Kirameki no Slapstick Noel is its episode 13 epilogue. Heart Throb (2014) is the direct continuation, and The Rikka Wars is its episode 13. Watch them in that order and you have the whole TV story with nothing missing.
The one trap sits between the seasons: Rikka Version (2013), formally Takanashi Rikka Kai, looks like a movie sequel but is a compilation of season one retold from Rikka's perspective, roughly ninety percent recap with about ten minutes of new framing material. Its new ending scene does tee up Heart Throb, so completists watch it between seasons; everyone else can skip it and lose nothing but that teaser. Take On Me (2018) is the opposite: a genuine all-new theatrical finale in which Rikka and Yuta's story actually concludes. It is the destination the whole watch order points at.
